How does it work?

First step is to fill in Quotation Form or contact us by phone or via email. Once we establish all details such us collection/delivery addresses, volume/weight, dates etc. you will receive the quote. If you satisfied with the price and the rest of the arrangements, you can book the service by filling in our Online Booking Form. We require a £100.00 of the deposit in order to validate your booking. The outstanding amount can be paid by PayPal, bank transfer or cash to the driver on delivery.

How much will it cost?

The cost would depend on the total volume (m3) or weight (kg) of your goods (whichever is the greatest), the collection and delivery address and type of service you will choose.

How to measure m3?

1 m3 = 1m height x 1m width x 1m depth

Is there weight limit for the m3?

For each m3, there is weight limit of 120 kg

In case the limit is exceeded, additional charges would apply.

How long transports usually take?

Everything depends on the location and type of the service you choose.

For the part load service collection and delivery should be completed within 21 days.

For the dedicated service collection and delivery should be completed within 2-3 days.

What is the difference between part load service and dedicated service?

Part load service – the space on the van is shared between customers, so the cost of the service is also spread. It is a great option for clients on a budget and flexibility with collection and delivery dates.

Dedicated service – the type of service is based on your schedule. You get to

choose a date when your goods are to be collected and delivered, hence the cost in this case is higher.

How much notice do you need?

There is no one answer for that question…

The best way is to give as much notice as possible to make sure that we can meet your preferred dates.

Can you disconnect and re-connect, dismantle or re-assemble appliances, fixtures, fittings, equipment etc.?

Our employees are not authorized or qualified to carry out such work.  We recommend that a properly qualified person be separately hired by you to carry out these types of services.

Are goods will be transported in the safe manner?

On each van we have special materials (woolly blankets, cardboards sheets, straps etc.) to secure all the goods.

Are the goods insured?

All goods during the transport are insured up to £20.000 per full van load.

It means that if you opt for part load service our maximum liability is up to £40.00 per item (limited liability). This type of cover is free and included in the given quotation.

You can increase your cover (standard liability) for additional charge. Those charges are:

£10.00 – up to £1.000 cover per individual load
For the each additional £1.000 cover there is a charge of £5.00, so in order to obtain a cover of £20.000 for individual load you would need to pay extra £100.00

In regards to dedicated service, the standard cover up to £20.000 is free and included in the given quotation.

What is included in the quotation?

Everything depends on your preferences, but all details will be clearly indicated in the quotation and later in the booking confirmation.

Do you offer door to door service?

We can offer two types of services:

Basic delivery (standard service): ground floor to ground floor

Door to door (premium service): where the following charges apply:

With no lift – £10 x number of floors on collection and delivery x volume
With a lift – £10 x volume for collection above a ground floor, and £10 x volume for delivery above a ground floor.
Maximum cost of delivery/collection above ground floor with or without lift will not exceed £75.00
